About the Role

Job Description Job Description Basic Function Your primary goal is to take pride in your work and complete all

residential building & residential grounds maintenance in a professional manner using correct and cost-effective, and

energy efficient methods. Organizational Structure Reports to and takes direction from the Maintenance Supervisor. Works

in cooperation with all other employees and maintains courteous communications with residents and contractors you may

encounter. Building Maintenance (80% - 90%): Complete interior and exterior building maintenance requests. Tasks include

but are not limited to: a) Exterior wood trim and fence replacement. b) Roofing, siding, and exterior home repairs such
