About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team of property management and maintenance

professionals at our Windmill Creek North apartment community on Apollo Dr. in Metairie. The ideal candidate will be

able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our apartment community. The

Maintenance Technician role requires an understanding of electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and the ability to

troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as preparing apartments for new resident move ins. Maintenance
