About the Role
Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can perform the daily
upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the apartment
communities of Hollyfield Village and Oakridge Park Apartments. Amenities at this apartment communities vary but can
include a community room, computer room, and onsite laundry. These two properties have a total of 75 units.
