join our team at Sussex Green, a 132-unit affordable housing property located in Dover, DE. In this role, you will

perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and

parking lots. The pay range for this role is $19.00-$21.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following
