Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Due to company growth, we are looking to add to our team in the Wausau

region. It is necessary to keep every property in its proper health and state. Maintenance Technician's will work

closely with the on-site manager to provide the maintenance necessary to ensure that the property is being kept up to

Diamond Property Management standards. Job Duties: Complete work order requests in a timely & effective manner. Make

vacant units rent ready in a timely & effective manner. Remove snow from walkways in the winter using blowers and

shovels. Perform general preventative maintenance, repairs, grounds & overall upkeep. Handle a variety of facility
