About the Role

Job Title: Facilities Technician Property Assignment: University Dale and PHM Grotto (Assignment may change based on

business needs.) Salary Range: $26.00-$30.00 per hour The Facilities Technician will be responsible for completing daily

and preventative building, unit, and grounds maintenance at the properties. Completes general and preventive maintenance

daily. Completes resident maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner. Inspects building/grounds daily and makes

needed repairs. Inspects vacant units and completes repairs before new resident moves in. Assists with preventive

maintenance program. Performs seasonally appropriate grounds maintenance. Removes snow and ice from walkways, steps, and
