Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Overview We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician I to handle day-to-day upkeep and minor repairs across commercial

properties (office, retail, industrial). This is a great entry-level role for someone with hands-on experience who wants

to grow in facilities or building maintenance. What You’ll Do: Respond to tenant maintenance requests Complete routine

and preventive maintenance tasks Perform basic repairs (lighting, plumbing, paint, fixtures) Troubleshoot minor issues

with building systems Support inspections and resolve small deficiencies Maintain clean and organized equipment/storage

areas Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours issues What
