About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our
facilities and equipment. Your expertise in performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential
in helping us maintain a well-maintained and efficient environment. Complete general preventative maintenance and
repairs Complete scheduled tasks and respond to maintenance calls Must be at least 18 years old or older High school
diploma or equivalent Vocational training or relevant certifications in construction technology is helpful but not
required General electrical, plumbing, and building systems knowledge Trade School or work experience in a mechanical
