containing over 100 units in the capital district of New York State. After 15 years of business we are seeking to expand

our maintenance team to tackle the renovation and up keep of our buildings. *Maintenance Technician - Job Summary:* As a

Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the maintenance manager/property manager, you will be responsible for the

working order and appearance of individual units, common areas and grounds, and the exterior of our buildings.
