About the Role

Maintenance Technician Arboreal Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the

operations of 2 residential buildings in Portland in the Hollywood district. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone

with a proactive mindset and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the

go-to expert for repairs, upkeep, and resident support. Your work will ensure that our apartment community is in top

condition and that residents feel right at home. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Completing maintenance requests,
