Job Title: Maintenance Technician Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Salary: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour (non-exempt) The

Maintenance Technician supports safe and reliable plant operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective

maintenance on equipment, utilities, and facilities. This hands-on role ensures production uptime, minimizes unplanned

downtime, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Technician partners with

production, engineering, and safety teams to troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and follow established Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform daily maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and utilities systems.
