Maintenance Technician
About the Role
This is a roving position supporting properties within 11 Residential's portfolio from Seattle to Everett with
occasional travel to properties outside this area. Due to the travel aspect of this position, the qualified candidate
will be eligible for a monthly driving allowance. Sign-On Bonus Join our team and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus! All new
on-site maintenance hires will receive a one-time $1,000 bonus, paid on the first paycheck following six months of
continuous employment. Offer valid for maintenance positions with an accepted offer date on or before July 30, 2026. Who
