About the Role
Position Overview Maintenance Technician responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation,
and preventative maintenance on facility, packaging, and process equipment, utilizing standard work practices to ensure
production is completed in a safe and efficient manner. As a Pennant team member, the candidate will execute work orders
and tasks as assigned, ensure safety and food safety is a condition, drive manufacturing operational improvements.
