About the Role

JOB SUMMARY: To assistPlant Operations Director and department staff in any project that may berequired. Performs and

completes assigned Scheduled Maintenance Work Orders,Routine and Emergency Work Orders in allotted and timely manner.

Under generaldirection, to perform a variety of skilled work in the operation, maintenanceand repair of boiler, heating,

air conditioning, ventilating, lighting, power,water, water treatment, and other mechanical systems normally found in a

Hospital;may instruct or lead other Technicians; may instruct or lead contract workers;and do other related work.

Provides Security related duties M-F during daylighthours. Maintains cooperative work relationship with others. Assist
