keeps our properties running safely, efficiently, and looking sharp. Role Overview We are hiring a hybrid Maintenance

Supervisor / Lead HVAC Technician who can split time between the office (planning, oversight, vendor coordination) and

the field (hands-on repairs and unit turns). You will be the working lead for maintenance operations across a small

portfolio, owning the work-order flow, preventive maintenance, and higher-skill HVAC work. Lead day-to-day maintenance
