About the Role
Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Shift Lead Mechanic to lead maintenance operations
during an assigned shift in an injection molding manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and
leadership-focused, responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe, efficient
maintenance practices. The Shift Lead Mechanic serves as the primary maintenance contact for the shift and provides
technical direction to the maintenance team. This is a Night Shift Position.Key Responsibilities Maintenance &
Troubleshooting Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines (hydraulic, electric, and hybrid).
