Maintenance Scheduler/dispatcher
About the Role
Maintenance Scheduler/Dispatcher Position Summary: To perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, filing,
answering telephone, record keeping and dispatching requests for maintenance, building services/grounds, in-house
construction and planning, design and construction services to Facilities Division using computerized request system. To
respond to work order requests from building occupants to include emergencies, maintenance problems, building services
requests, planning, design and construction requests, requested installations, modifications, repairs and adjustments,
paging maintenance and building services personnel and other similar tasks. To coordinate, maintain and evaluate the UAB
