About the Role

Job Description The Painter - 3 works as part of a team performing multiple duties related to the production of painted

products. Assigned tasks and teams will vary based on business needs. Starting pay at $19.25/hr. Plus, receive pay

increases at 90 days and 6 months. Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime

as needed. Responsibilities Operate paint equipment requiring close control and adjustment according to production

orders. Paint wood and/or metal components and finished products. Maintain required records and understand paint and

solvent chemistry. Perform preventative maintenance per established schedules and maintain good housekeeping.
