About the Role

The Fleet Maintenance Mechanic II is an experienced diesel mechanic responsible for inspecting, repairing, and

maintaining fleet vehicles and agricultural equipment. This position works with large engines and heavy machinery to

ensure safe operation and optimal performance. The Fleet Maintenance Mechanic II is expected to train and mentor less

experienced mechanics as needed. The Fleet Maintenance Mechanic II is skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic,

and electrical issues involving trucks and heavy equipment, including the disassembly and reassembly of engines and

major components. Work may be performed both in the shop and in the field repairing agricultural equipment. This role
