Maintenance Facilities Helper

About the Role

MAINTENANCE WORKER Job Summary: Services facility equipment per schedules. Monitors equipment safety and repairs as

needed. Completes resident personal work orders and completes billing form. V. and cable issues. Monitors interior of

community daily and assures cleanliness. Performs generator testing per schedule. Performs minor carpentry repairs as

needed, including but not limited to: Painting Sheetrock repair Repair of furniture Performs minor electrical repairs

and/or cleaning including but not limited to the following: Replace receptacle Replace light bulbs Set up electrical

strip and cords Replace light fixtures Clean light fixtures and covers per schedule Performs minor plumbing repairs
