About the Role

Company Description Job Description Under direct supervision, will assist in the routine maintenance, operation and

repair of public buildings and structures, and the equipment they contain. Conduct visual inspections of building

equipment and conditions; perform related work, such as driving to and from work sites. Maintain, adjust, and make minor

repairs of building hardware, furniture, shelving, and equipment. Repair windows and sash. Make minor repairs to

masonry, woodwork, flooring, and walls. Make minor repairs to building electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Assist
