Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

Overview Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Engineer Painter is responsible for maintaining

and enhancing the appearance, safety, and functionality of facilities across the Osage Casinos enterprise through

high-quality surface finishing and general maintenance work. The role performs the application, repair, and restoration

of a wide range of interior and exterior finishes—including paint, stain, wall coverings, drywall, and specialty

coatings—using industry-standard tools and techniques. The position also evaluates building conditions, identifies

maintenance or repair needs, and supports project planning by developing accurate material take-offs from blueprints or
