About the Role
JOB TITLE
Communicates with all necessary parties to resolve breakdown issues, while ensuring drivers' safety.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists drivers over the phone and via other communication devices with technical questions pertaining to the breakdown
or damage of equipment. Properly triage to avoid costly and unnecessary repairs and downtime.
Investigate historical repair records to identify trends.
