Maintenance Assistant
About the Role
Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner.
Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of
children. Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring
devices and gauges. Ability to work all shifts and hours as scheduled. Must comply with all corporate and facility
policies and dress code. Works independently with minimal supervision. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local
codes, specifications, and ordinances. Depending on facility size, additional duties may include but are not limited to:
