machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently Setup the machine at the start of each

shift and verify proper operation Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow Replace mesh

and Teflon belts as needed Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality Verify

recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system Complete production documentation accurately

and enter data into system applications Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies Pay and Schedule
