About the Role

Machine Operator Lv III Machine Operator III (CNC / Multi-Axis, Jaw Team) At Leatherman, we build tools that last a

lifetimeand we're looking for skilled operators to help make that happen. As a Machine Operator III, you'll set up and

operate a variety of advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, multi-axis milling machines, and robotic

systems. This role goes beyond basic operationyou'll be trusted to handle complex setups, maintain tight tolerances, and

help drive quality and efficiency across the production floor. Set up and operate a variety of machines including Fanuc

and Allen Bradley 4-axis milling machines with robotic loading, grinders, polishers, presses, and CNC equipment Monitor
