About the Role
Machine Operator The machine operator will be responsible for operating equipment in the one or more value streams of
the florist operations. This position is responsible for the production of valuable, defect-free products that meet or
exceed our customers' expectations. The machine operator will be successful in this position by executing to standard
work and adhering to all company policies. Weighing and mixing raw materials following batch instructions. Work with
hazardous materials utilizing engineering controls and PPE. Willingness and ability to learn and contribute to
Lean/5S/Continuous Improvement methodologies. Perform production equipment set up, clean up, safe operation, & operator
