About the Role

Machine Operator - 1'st Shift Shift: 1'st Shift, hours 5AM to 1PM Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 depending on experience.

The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall production and operation of a highly complex converting machine,

including set-up, operation, troubleshooting, training, housekeeping and basic crew-level maintenance. This role ensures

safe, efficient, and high-quality machine performance within the designated department while supporting overall

production goals. Set up, operate, and monitor assigned converting machinery to produce products that meet customer
