About the Role
Machine Operator 1st and 2nd Shift Our established client in Louisville, KY is looking to add experienced Machine
Operators to its manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining forming presses and
packaging lines, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting continuous improvement through daily maintenance
and feedback. Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain a minimum of two forming presses and two packaging lines
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during operation of forming and packaging equipment Load and install raw materials for
