About the Role
Machine Operator We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is responsible for safely
operating a variety of machines, with a focus on stamping presses and hobbing as well as other equipment used in our
production process. Essential functions: Accountable for daily production and quality control parts manufactured on the
hobbing, forming or lockbar stamping press and simple die changes. Produces the required quantity of parts within
established specifications and tolerances. Perform quality checks on hobbed parts and make necessary adjustments.
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
