About the Role
Machine Operator 2 The Machine Operator 2 will setup, observe and maintain one or more centerless grinding, and
thru-feed machines. The machine operator will be required to measure and inspect parts. Essential Functions: Determine
the appropriate tools and equipment needed to perform a job Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of
mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and Vernier calipers Read blueprints and job orders to determine product
specifications and tooling instructions and plan operational sequences Set-up and start machines, pull handles, use part
fixtures, etc. or use other means to engage feeding, cooling, and lubricating mechanisms, etc. Manually position, adjust
