About the Role
Machine Operator Kemps is hiring machine operators to run and support production equipment. In this role, you will set
up, operate, clean, and maintain machines, while helping troubleshoot basic issues to keep production moving. Day-to-day
responsibilities include setting up and sanitizing equipment, operating filling and packaging lines, and cleaning
equipment and work areas. You will also help restock supplies, complete basic production records, and support the team
by covering breaks or absences as needed. This role involves working with both raw and finished products in a fast-paced
environment. You'll be expected to follow food safety standards (GMPs), communicate with team members across
