About the Role
Machine Operator Cerakote Shift: Run Advanced Robotics. As a Cerakote Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in
preparing and coating components for our multi-tools and knives using robotic coating systems and precision equipment.
If you enjoy hands-on machine operation, working with tight tolerances, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship this
could be a great fit. Operate robotic coating systems and related equipment to prep, coat, and finish components Blast
components, mix coating materials, and load/unload robotic fixtures Monitor production output and make mechanical or
program adjustments to meet quality and quantity goals Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Identify
