About the Role
Production Operator How you can make an impact: Work a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.), helping to keep
our production lines running reliably. Operate different machines and automated work cells and, when needed, manage more
than one work cell at a time. Perform packing line changes and troubleshoot shrink wrap machines, label printers and
basic machine/automation alarms using HMI controllers. Apply established troubleshooting techniques to find and correct
production or automation issues, ensuring stable and efficient operations. Accurately document and enter production data
into the production monitoring system (Hydra) and carry out routine quality inspections to identify defects or
