Licensed Nursing Assistant The licensed nursing assistant is responsible for working collaboratively under the direction
of the staff nurse to deliver basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive
communication, respect, and support to our residents is the central feature of this position. Requirements: State of
Vermont LNA license Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work respectfully and successfully as
a member of a team Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is a welcoming, secure residence where loved ones are assured
