About the Role

Overview Weyerhaeuser Dodson is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to provide frontline leadership for electrical

maintenance and reliability across the mill. This role is a full-time hourly position that is responsible for

coordinating and executing electrical work while ensuring alignment with safety standards, electrical standards,

maintenance objectives, and reliability goals. The Electrical Lead serves as a central point of contact for electrical

resources, electrical maintenance planning, and shutdown execution, while driving accountability, ownership, and
