growing manufacturing team. This individual will serve as a technical leader on the shop floor, performing high-quality

welding while mentoring team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping drive production efficiency. The

ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive fabrication experience and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
