About the Role
Heavy Truck Driver Bowhead is seeking a Lead Heavy truck driver to lead a convoy of buses to and from their prospected
training areas to support the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Jackson, SC. Responsibilities Leads a convoy of
buses to and from their prospected training areas communicate by radio to base command for instructions and rout
deviations, gives safety briefs, communicates with the senior drill sergeants when loading the buses, and verifies
destination routs on the trams sheet and mediate problems to ensure transport of the trainees are completed. Drives
motor vehicles ranging in size from sedan to 44 passenger buses on scheduled short trips and transporting personnel from
