About the Role
A high-volume restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary leadership team. The
ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of maintaining exceptional food quality while supporting both the
Executive Chef and kitchen staff during busy service hours. Responsibilities include assisting with kitchen operations,
leading and training kitchen team members, ensuring consistent dish quality, and maintaining compliance with health
