About the Role

Working Lead The Working Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations

in a water and ice kiosk assembly plant while actively participating in hands-on tasks. This role ensures efficient

workflow, accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The

Working Lead supports and guides a small team, promotes productivity, and serves as the first point of contact for

operational issues on the floor. Compensation: +$4/hour from current rate. Essential Functions: Lead and coordinate
