About the Role
Description Position at New South Construction Supply, a Colony division. The Rebar Lead Fabricator and Shear Line
Operator is responsible for overseeing daily fabrication operations while operating shear line equipment to cut and
process reinforcing steel to specification. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment
to safety, quality, and facility standards. Schedule 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
& Safety Lead and mentor fabrication team members to ensure safe and efficient production. Promote and enforce all
workplace safety policies and procedures. Shear Line Operation & Fabrication Set up, operate, and monitor shear line
