About the Role
Description Position at New South Construction Supply, a Colony division. The Lead Rebar Fabricator is responsible for
leading the team and overseeing the rebar operations for the facility. This role combines technical expertise,
leadership, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and facility standards. Schedule 3pm-3am, Monday through
Thursday Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Safety Lead and mentor fabrication team members to ensure safe and
efficient production. Promote and enforce all workplace safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety briefings
and ensure proper use of PPE. Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
