About the Role
Summary : The Tank Lead plays a pivotal hands-on leadership role in overseeing daily welding and fabrication operations
related to tank production within a manufacturing environment. This position ensures tasks are completed safely,
efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Tank Lead trains and supervises team members, manages workflow, and
collaborates across departments to meet production goals and maintain operational excellence. Accountabilities: •
Lead and coordinate the work of tank welders and fabricators on the production floor. • Schedule and prioritize
tank-related welding and assembly tasks to meet production deadlines. • Perform complex welds and conduct quality
