Technician is primarily responsible for assisting students and faculty in the selections, installation and upkeep of

academic laboratory equipment used for instruction but will also have general technical and facilities duties for the

college. The position reports to the Director of Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): Aids students and

faculty in the selection, installation and upkeep of academic laboratory equipment used for instruction and research.

Performs preventive maintenance on various equipment; constructs, tests, and evaluates equipment and processes;
