About the Role

Location Lynnwood,WA Description Our client, a global leader in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management is

seeking a LEAD M&E Technician. This position is part of a multiple client 4 MegaWatt-90K sq ft Data Center with a staff

of 8 and growing. This full time role will work onsite in Lynnwood, WA, pays a set rate of $52.10/hr and seeks a

candidate to work normal M-F 7am-4pm hours. This role contains an ample vacation plan and a strong benefit package

(including medical, dental, vision, etc.) The key to this role is a take charge attitude backed with past critical

facilities experience and team leadership. Atop these skills candidate must have utilization of Electrical/Mechanical
