About the Role

Manpower - 413 Alfred Street - Responsibilities: Oversee production flow including batching, processing, conditioning,

and thermal production schedules to meet daily output targets; Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA

standards; maintain temperature logs, sanitation records, and production documentation; Investigate product variances,

perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventative actions to reduce waste; Train and support production

staff on process techniques, equipment use, and food safety protocols; Monitor and calibrate production equipment to

ensure proper operating conditions
