Lead Driver

About the Role

Job Title This driver role supports and assists transportation leadership by overseeing and providing guidance to

assigned driver teams, usually at remote shuttle yard locations. Assistance may include but is not limited to managing

work schedules, training, solving customer delivery issues, new hire onboarding, performing safety checks and preferred

work method observations and other related duties. The Lead Driver drives a tractor-trailer or straight truck intrastate

and/or interstate on local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and/or overnight routes to deliver and unload various food and

food related products to customers. All routes are expected to be completed safely in accordance with all Company
