Lead Cook

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cook to join our team at a licensed board and care facility. In this

role, you will play a vital part in supporting the health and well-being of our residents by preparing nutritious,

well-balanced meals in accordance with individual dietary needs. The ideal candidate will have experience cooking for

groups in a healthcare or residential care setting and will be responsible for meal planning, food preparation,

budgeting, and grocery shopping. You will also work closely with a dietitian and care team to ensure that all meals meet

the nutritional and dietary requirements of residents, many of whom are elderly or require assistance with daily living.
