About the Role

Description SUMMARY: Lead carpenters must be able to lead a crew of 3 to 4 people. Remote Alaska residential remodeling

experiences a plus. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Study individual

job sites, plan work and accurately take off construction material Estimate amount of work and time required for job

Experience building foundations and leveling buildings. Experience with all phases of residential construction.

Installation of windows, doors, Insulation, sealing, flooring siding and roof work. Able to lay out and build stairs.

Finish carpentry. Setting cabinets and counter tops. General understanding of electrical and plumbing. Manage materials
