Fayetteville Arkansas! Qualifications 7+ years experience as a flag or dealership tech ASE certifications Ability to
perform AC, electrical, diagnostics, steering and suspension, and brake work on a wide range of vehicles Averages well
above +50 flag hours per week at their current job Doesn't need to be a "Master Tech", but can quickly and efficiently
handle just about anything Responsibilities Lead technician at a high-volume shop; mentor younger techs and collaborate
